Rowwad Foundation has signed a joint cooperation agreement with F&H PAL Solar Energy Solutions Company, with a view to strengthening partnership between the two parties in the areas of financing, implementation, and consultancy for solar energy projects. This step comes in line with the Foundation’s policy of contributing to the promotion of reliance on renewable energy sources, in a way that positively reflects on economic development, reduces adverse environmental impacts, and supports national efforts aimed at achieving sustainability in the energy sector.
The agreement also seeks to consolidate and unify the technical and financial expertise of both parties for the development and execution of solar energy projects, through the provision of integrated solutions including financing, implementation, technical support, and specialized consultancy services. It further aims to address the needs of various sectors by offering innovative and effective solutions in renewable energy and energy efficiency, contributing to cost reduction, improving efficiency of use, and raising awareness of the importance of transitioning towards clean and sustainable energy sources.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ali Faroun, Chairman of the Board / Authorized Official of Rowwad, and Eng. Firas Al-Rifai, Chief Executive Officer of F&H PAL Company, in the presence of several department directors and engineers from both the foundation and the company, at the HQs of the General Administration of Rowwad Foundation.
Mr. Faroun stated that, at Rowwad Foundation, this agreement is regarded as an important step that reflects the foundation’s commitment to supporting the renewable energy sector and expanding investment in solar energy projects. He added that, through this partnership, the foundation seeks to provide innovative financing solutions that contribute to enabling target groups to benefit from clean energy, and support the transition towards sustainability, in alignment with economic and environmental development priorities.
For his part, Eng. Al-Rifai, Chief Executive Officer of F&H PAL Solar Energy Solutions Company, affirmed that the signing of this cooperation agreement constitutes a strategic milestone in supporting the renewable energy sector in Palestine, noting that it represents a genuine added value to the Palestinian market, as it integrates the technical expertise of F&H PAL with the financing solutions provided by Rowwad, thus opening broader opportunities for individuals and institutions seeking to install or invest in solar energy.
He further added that F&H PAL looks forward to a long-term partnership that contributes to strengthening reliance on clean energy and providing sustainable solutions that meet the needs of individuals and institutions, while supporting the national shift towards a green economy.
