Financing Eligibility Requirements
- Borrower's valid ID.
- Property area shall not exceed 140 m².
- Beneficiary must be a resident of Jerusalem.
- The beneficiary shall contribute between 30% and 60% of the property value.
- All required permits must be duly obtained and valid.
- Fulfilment of the applicable terms and conditions of the PBI's credit policy.
Collateral / Guarantees
Rowwad accepts a diversified range of collateral and guarantee instruments, subject to the borrower’s repayment capacity, including but not limited to:
- Post-dated cheques / monthly promissory instalments aligned with the financing/loan repayment schedule (As per Rowwad’s policy).
- Financing / loan agreement.
- Personal guarantees (sureties).
- Gold pledge as collateral security.
- Any other acceptable forms of collateral.
